Hearts of Grace Foundation is a nonprofit working to save hundreds of children suffering from congenital heart defects.

Founded May 20th, 2024 by media icon, Brenda Nwagwu, who was inspired by her daughter’s survival from CHD, Hearts of Grace is already putting smiles on the faces of many children and families.

And in conjunction with Hospitals for Humanity, a major Non-profit Organization that provides several free heart surgeries every year, and QVT Media, a leading marketing agency in Nigeria, we aim to save thousands more every year.
